Description

The Stepping On Fall Prevention online workshop is a falls prevention workshop. Participants will learn how to recognize their risk of falling and how to build the strength and practical skills needed to prevent a fall.

Stepping On workshops are not designed for older adults who use a walker indoors or a wheelchair full time or have dementia or cognitive impairment. Participants in this online workshop must be able to connect to the workshop by a computer or tablet with a webcam for safety.
